Sir Herbert Samuel, High Commissioner of Palestine arrived here today and conferred with Prime Minister Mussolini and Cardinal Gasparri, the Secretary of the Vatican.
Cardinal Gasparri expressed his satisfaction with Samuel’s report on the situation of Catholic affairs in Palestine.
