United States Vice-Consul, Sabin Dalfers, director of the passport and visa department of the Warsaw Consulate, was recalled by cable to Washington.

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency correspondent learns that the recall of the Vice-Consul is in connection with his placing obstacles in the way of the relatives of Rabbis who desire visas to proceed to the United States.
