League High Commission Will Send Delegation to South America

Interesting information about the position of refugees in Europe and Asia is communal in a general report of the Council of the League of Nations to the Fifth Assembly.

According to statistics completed by the High Commission of the league of Nations, there were in the summer of 1924 more than one million and a ## Russian refugees.
