An official investigation into the causes of the conflict between Jewish workmen and Arabs at Afuleh Station established the fact that the land over which the fight occurred was not disputable land, but belonged to the American Zion Commonwealth and that the Arabs have no claim on the property.

The Government has taken measures to insure the safety of the Jewish workmen, that they may renew their work on the land.

The investigation also established that only one shot was fired by one of the nine arrested Jewish workmen. Eight were released today.
