Ica Assigns 500,000 Rubles for Jewish Colonization Work in Russia

A new Council of the Jewish Colonization Association in Soviet Russia was formed, according to a recent agreement between the Ica and the Soviet Government.

The members of the Council are: Raschkes, chairman; Weinstein, of the Department for National Minorities; and Bersin, representative of the Agricultural Commissariat.

The representative of the Ica in the Council will be Mr. Sak Simkin.

The Council has adopted a budget for colonization for the coming year amounting to 500,000 rubles.
