Large contributions towards the campaign to save the Franc by voluntary subscriptions are being made by French Jews.
Louis Dreyfus contributed the amount of 500,000 Francs yesterday. The Union of Presidents of Jewish Societies in Paris has announced its first contribution of 6,335 Francs.
