Jewish Social Service Conference Opens in Cleveland Today

Louis M. Cahn of Chicago, president of the National Conference of Jewish Social Service for 1926, will review the work in Jewish social service during the past year at the conference which will open in Cleveland on Sunday. Dr. Maurice Hexter, director of the Jewish Federation of Boston, will deliver an address on the Evolutionary Tendencies in Community Organization.”

Dr. Leon W. Goldrich and Joseph Bonepart, nationally known authorities, are expected to participate in a discussion of the care of despondent, neglected and behavior problem children at the second day of the conference.

Dr. I. M. Rubinow of Philadelphia is to be the principal speaker on the third day of the conference. He will discuss family welfare. Health Commissioner Harris of New York. will be the principal speaker at the Wednesday session.

Six hundred delegates are expected to attend the conference.
