Two thousand five hundred Immigration Permits were given by the Palestine government to the Palestine Zionist Executive on account of the April-September labor schedule, leaving it to the discretion of the Executive to distribute these permits as it sees fit among the male and female skilled and unskilled labor.

It is contemplated by the Palestine Zionist Executive to consider, in the first place, the claims of the dependents of residents in Palestine.
