The Jewish deputies who are members of the Zionist Organization of Poland were instructed to cast their votes at the Polish National Assembly in favor of Jozet Pilsudski for president and for the dissolution of the parliament, at a closed meeting of the Zionist party Council, which took place here today. The text of the resolution was withheld from publication.

A delegation consisting of Deputies Apolinary Hartglass, president of the Club of Jewish Deputies; H. Farbstein, vice-president and Mizrachi leader, and Kirschbraun, representative of the Agudath Israel in Poland, called on Prime Minister Kasimer Bartel today, submitting to him the views of the Club of Jewish Deputies concerning the present situation in Poland and outlining the demands of the Jewish population. The Prime Minister, it is understood, replied that he was personally in favor of the unconditional application of the constitutional principle of equality and for a liberal interpretation of the rights of the national minorities in Poland.
