Extensive preparations were made by the Lord Mayor of London for the ceremonies today when the freedom of the city of London will be conferred upon the Marquis of Reading.
The Marquis will be taken to the Lord Mayor in a gold chair. The Lord Mayor will give a luncheon in honor of the Marquis.
