The Fourth International Library Conference which is holding its sessions here now, chose Bergman, who is a delegate from Palestine, representing the National Hebrew Library, to the presidium of the conference.
At the opening session of the conference, which took place at the National Museum, Bergman delivered an address in Hebrew.
