Col. Kisch, Z. O. Political Representative, Applies for Palestine Citizenship

Col. Frederick H. Kisch, political representative of the Zionist Executive in Palestine, applied for Palestine citizenship papers yesterday.

The application was made by Col. Kisch following an address delivered at the meeting of the Vaad Leumi, the National Council of Palestine Jewry, in which he urged Palestine Jews to apply for Palestine citizenship in order to be able to exercise their franchise in municipal and other elections.

Col. Kisch, who was an officer in the British army during the World War, served in France in 1914-5 and in Mesopotamia in 1916-7. He was awarded the D. S. O., and the Croix de Guerre.
