(Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

A sentence of one year imprisonment was imposed by the district court of Czensto Chowa upon a Jewish young man for masking as a nun at a masquerade ball.

The trial attracted wide attention throughout Poland. Juda Weintraub, who went to a masquerade ball last February dressed as a nun, was accused of desecrating the cross. He was released on 200 Zlotys bail.

The money for the pavilion to be erected in Memorial Grove, Baltimore, Md., Druid Hill Park, as a memorial to Lieut. Merrill Rosenfeld has been turned over to the Park Board by the trustees under the will of Israel Rosenfeld, father of Lieut. Rosenfeld.

The memorial will cost $9,267.50, to be taken from a fund of $10,000 provided for the purpose by the will of Israel Rosenfeld. E. L. Palmer, architect, will design the pavilion and prepare the specifications without cost.

Lieutenant Rosenfeld was killed at Verdun, October 16, 1918, while fighting with the One Hundred and Fifteenth Infantry.
