The Czernowitz Jewish daily, “Morgenblatt,” was suspended for three days by an order of Minister of the Interior Goga.

The order was issued as a result of charges made by anti-Semitic leaders that the newspaper has insulted the Christian religion.

During the debate which took place in Parliament yesterday concerning the relations between the League of Nations and Roumania, Alexander Cuzamade the claim that the League of Nations was founded and is being administered by Jews. “The League of Nations is altogether a Jewish affair,” he stated.
