Commissions Appointed for Municipal Elections in Palestine

The Government has appointed the Electoral Committee which is to conduct the Municipal elections in Jerusalem. It consists of five Moslems, five Christians and five Jews. Their names are Muhammed Saleh Eff, Husseini. Jawdat Eff, Nashashibi, Bader Eff, al-Khaldi, Haj Yussuf Eff, Wafa al Dajani, and Ibrahim Eff, Kleibo; Elias Eff, Mushabbek, George Eff, Siksik, Francis Eff, Batato, Elias Eff, Haddad and Dr. Kalbian; Y. Amdursky, Abraham Haim Zvebner, Tewfic Adis, Meir Laniado, and 1. Ben Zvi.

The District Commissioner for Jaffa has appointed the Electoral Committee for Jaffa. It consists of six Moslems, three Christians and three Jews.
