The demand that the Polish Foreign Office intervene with the Roumanian government concerning the anti-Jewish excesses was made by Deputy Leon Reich in the Foreign Relations Committee of the Polish Diet.

The committee debated yesterday on the statements made by Foreign Minister Saleski on the foreign policy of the government. Deputy Reich urged that the internal policy with regard to the national minorities in Poland be regulated. He argued that the situation of the minorities reflects unfavorably on Poland’s prestige abroad.
