Felix M. Warburg, chairman of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, who is visiting Palestine, participated in the meeting of the Zionist Executive of Jerusalem.
Col. Frederick H. Kisch, who presided, outlined the present situation in Palestine. It was stated that Mr. Warburg, in reply to Col. Kisch’s report, declared his willingness to help.
