Michael Francis Joseph McDonnell has been appointed Chief Justice of the Palestine Supreme Court, according to an official announcement issued today.
Justice McDonnell was formerly Assistant District Commissioner of the Gold Coast, and at one time Attorney General of Sierra Leone.
