Will Submit Report on Roumania to American Jewish Congress

Gershon Agronsky, director of the publicity department of the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem, sailed for the United States on the Berengaria.

On his way here Mr. Agronsky investigated conditions in Roumania and it was stated he will submit a report to the American Jewish Congress.

HIAS TO HOLD ANNUAL MEETING NEXT SUNDAY

Representatives of about 150 organizations will attend the annual meeting of the Hias, the Hebrew Sheltering and Immigrant Aid Society which will he held at the Hotel Astor on Mar. 13.

The program of the new union between that organization, the Jewish Colonization Association (ICA) and the United Jewish Emigration Committee of Europe (Emigdirekt), will he presented at the meeting.

According to a recent announcement, the three organizations have entered into an agreement to work jaintly in the fields of emigration and immigration all over the world, with special attention to emigration to South America.
