M. Chintschuk was appointed commercial representative of the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics in London, a despatch from Moscow states.

Klara Zelkin, chairman of the Mopr, an organization to aid the class war prisoners and workmen who have lost their positions because of political persecutions, was appointed chairman of the Central Council of the Russian Cooperatives.
