A date for a new trial of Aaron Sapiro’s $1,000,000 libel suit against Henry Ford and “The Dearborn Independent” will be set at a hearing July 1, Federal Judge Fred M. Raymond decided at a conference with attorneys for both sides. The judge’s decision was given after it was learned that no funds would be available for the trial until after that time.
