Zionist Presents Report to Pan-pacific Conference

“The Agricultural Settlement of Palestine”, the paper by Gershon Agronsky, representing the Zionist Organization, was read before the Pau-Pacific Conference at the reclamation session of the conference.

The conference, called by the Department of the Interior of the United States of America, was attended by delegates representing many countries. The Zionist Organization was invited to send a delegate in view of the interest attached to the work of reclamation in Palestine.

Mr. Agronsky, who is the director of the Department of Information of the Palestine Zionist Executive at Jerusalem, in his report, reviewed the work in Palestine, touching upon colonization methods, the systems of extending loans to settlers, the cooperative system of colonization and the educational and health work.
