G. S. Zinovieff, former President of the Communist International, will again be brought before the supreme tribunal of the party, the Central Conunittee of the Communist Party has decided.

Zinovieff is charged with fresh attempts to disorganize the party and with making an open reference to party discord at a non-party meeting.

Considering his action as a breach of discipline, the Central Committee decided to lay the matter before the party’s Central Control Committee. The Leningrad Communist Committee and a committee of the Moscow Garrison have also demanded an investigation.

In his speech M. Zinovieff severely criticized the Communist Party decisions with reference to the Chinese situation and declared the workers were being misinfortued by the “Pravda”, organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party.

Zinovieff’s offense is said to be especially grave since similar anti-party utterances a few months ago brought him a warning.
