A railway station bearing the name of a famous Jewish contractor in Czarist times was renamed by an order of the Soviet authorities.
The railway station, Ginzburg, on the Middle Asiatic Railway, was renamed Koachka. The station had been named in Lonor of the famous Jewish contractor who built the railway.
