The sum of $300,000 for the Jewish National Fund was the contribution brought by the Canadian Zionist delegation to the Fifteenth Zionist Congress which will open here on August 30.
The sum was given on the understanding that the money will be used exclusively for the purchase of land by the Jewish National Fund and not for the payment of past debts. The directorium of the National Fund has accepted the conditions.
