Dr. Arthur Ruppin, Zionist colonization expert and formerly a member of the Zionist Executive in Jerusalem, will proceed to Russia following the close of the Congress, it was learned here.
The specific purpose of Dr. Ruppin’s jurney will be to make a comprehensive study of the Jewish colonies in the Ukraine and the Crimea.
