Labor Federation Favors Restricted Immigration

A policy of rigid restriction of immigration was favored by the American Federation of Labor when the Convention in session here approved the report of the Executive Council urging a restrictive immigration policy. The convention recommended that the Council watch carefully immigration developments in the next Congress and support any legislation for rigid restriction.

During the recent high holidays, 56 senior students of the Yeshiva. Rabbi Baac Eichanan Theological Seminary, grouched in the synagogues of forty-eight communities throughout the country.
