Claims Against Levine to Be Settled at Conference

A conference on the claim of the United States against Charles A. Levine, president of the Columbia Salvage Company, will be held in New York next week, it was stated here.

The claim appropriates between $391,000 and $500,000. Mr. Levine and lawyer representing the Department of Justice will be present.

A fair deal for Charles A. Levine was the ## of the address of Martian A. James, president of the Manufacturers’ Trust Company as a dinner Wednesday night at the Unity Club of Brooklyn in honor of the first ## passenger.
