K. W. Stead Explains Palestine Government’s View on Customs (Jewish Telegraphic Agency)

An agreement between the Palestine government and Jewish manufacturers concerning the regulation of import and export trade between Syria and Palestine was reached.

Mr. K. W. Stead, director of the Trade Department, in a press interview declared that the Palestine government had found satisfactory the new formula proposed by the manufacturers, who were disturbed over the Palestine Syria trade agreement. The plan will be the basis of the new agreement which will be concluded shortly.
