The proposal to create a legislative council for Palestine will be renewed according to a rumor current in Arab circles here.

According to this information, a draft of the new proposal to assure representation of Palestine’s population in the government work has been prepared by the Colonial Office and has been for-warded to High Commissioner, Lord Plumer, who is to offer it shortly to Arab and Jewish leaders.
