By the will of the late Oscar Grosherg, recently filed for probate in Suffolk County, the Grosberg family charity fund has been stated with a sum of $100,000. The will provides that the trustees shall manage the propety of the trust, invest and reinvest, with power to convert real estate into personal property and personal property into real estate and the net income to be expended or applied either directly or through other charitable, educational, or benevolent organizations, associations, or individuals for charitable or educational purposes.
Celia Grosberg, widow of Mr. Grosberg, his son, Casper H. Grosberg, and Myer I. Lourie of Boston, are named trustees under the will, and as such will manage the fund.
The Texas Zlonlst Organization held its twenty-second sesslon at Galveston, Texas, on April 15th and 16th. The Hadassah Texas Pederation Seniors, the Hadassah Texas Federation Juniors and the Young Judaea Texas Federation will hold their convention at the came time An extra day, the 17th of April, is designated for two sessions of representatives of Texas Hebrew Schools. Thirteen sebools will be represented.
