Among the prominent Orientalists who will address the 140th annual meeting of the American Oriental Society at Washington during the three days beginning Tuesday are:

Dr. Baruch Weitzel of Philadelphia, who will speak on Egyptian bakers and druggists in comparison to Palestinian bakers and druggists according to Talmudic tradition;” and Dr. Nathaniel J. Reich, Prof. Max L. Margolis and Prof. Solomon Zeitlin, all of Dropsie College, this city.
