To Study Jewish Condition in Small Ukrainian Towns

Because the situation of the Jewish population of the Ukrainian small towns is growing worse, the praesidium of the Ukrainian Zik, central executive committee, decided to send a commission to the various small towns.

The commission will seek to ascertain what can be done to improve the Jewish situation in the small towns.
