Dr. Louis I. Harris, New York Health Commissioner, a member of the New York Citizens Committee seeking “Peace and Reconstruction” in the Zionist movement to end the present controversy, presented his program to a joint meeting of Zionists and Hadassah leaders of St. Paul and Minneapolis here last night.
Following the presentation by Dr. Harris, the meeting voted approval of the program of the Citizens Committee and recommended its adoption as a platform for the Pittsburgh convention.
