Wise will be the guest of honor and Louis Lipsky, President of the Zionist Organization of America toastmaster, at a luncheon marking the third anniversary of the Avukah, American Student Zionist Federation, to be held at the William Penn Hotel, here on July 2nd The luncheon will follow the Avukah Convention, which will be held on June 28 to 30 at the William Penn Hotel.
