Jewish Boy Scouts will not be permitted to carry the Zionist flag in their parades, according to an order issued here by the Roumanian authorities.
The order states that the Zionist flag will not be permitted at any public occasions and then the Jewish Boy Scouts must carry only the Roumanian flag. The Department of Education is charged with the task of enforcing the order and imposing fines if it is disregarded.
