Seven Russian Jewish merchants are among the fifteen nepmen arrested in Odessa several days ago on charges formulated by the local Soviet. They were arrested for charging high prices on merchandise Among the prisoners are Alperowitsch and Glanz, former millionaire merchants. the brothers Hendelman, the brothers Kantorowitsch and Fliederman.
