Secretary of Jewish Committee Returning to U.S.

Morris D. Waldman, recently named secretary of he American Jewish Committee and well known social worker, will sail for the United States tomorrow on the steamer “De Grasse.”

Mr. Waldman has spent some time visiting various European countries where he inquired into the Jewish situation. He conferred with Jewish leaders, among them Lucien Wolf. secretary of the Joint Foreign Committee of the Anglo-Jewish Association and the Board of Jewish Deputies. Dr. Julius Brodnitz. president of the Central Union of German Citizens of the Jewish Faith and Dr. Ludwig Hollander.
