A striking example of the methods of falsehood and distortion with which the anti-Semitic press in Europe feeds its readers in order to strengthen anti-Jewish prejudice and hatred, was furnished today by the “Voelkische Beobachter,” organ of the anti-Semitic Hitler group.

In huge letters on the front page the “Beobachter” carries the headline, “A Negro Army for World Jewry” and interprets the generous benefactions of the Chicago Jewish philanthropist, Julius Rosenwald, in a scandalously distorted and malicious manner.

‘Julius Rosenwald spent $20,000,000 for the purpose of providing education to 353,000 negro children. These negro boys are won for the contingency of, Americans attempting to throw off the Jewish reign of money,” the maniacs’ organ states.
