A change in the procedure for the submission of complaints by national minorities against the violation of their rights, guaranteed in the international peace treaties, was demanded by the National Minorities Congress in session here in a resolution adopted today.

The resolution gives expression to the dissatisfaction prevailing among the minorities with the present procedure which is termed “inadequate” to bring about speedy redress and protection for the national minorities by the League of Nations.
