Submit Plans for Further Colonization to Comzet

All organizations working in Russia to further Jewish colonization will submit their plans for the continuation of the effort to the Comzet, the government department for Jewish land settlement. p/>The Agrojoint, the agency of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee; the Jewish Colonization Association, the Ort and the Ozet, will submit their plans by December 1, when a plenary meeting of the Comzet will be held.
