The funeral of Ander Weiss, vice-president of the International Court of Justice at The Hague, was held today. The funeral was private, interment was at Montmorey.

Born in 1858 in Milhousen, Alsace the son of a Jewish lawyer, Andre Weiss was Professor of Law at the University of Paris. He served as legal advisor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. and was President of the Institnte of International Law. He was also president of the International Academy of Comparative Law at Geneva.

A group of Zionists have recently organized the Kadimah Clab of Baklmore. Its membership will be limited to young business and professonal men between the ## of 21 and 45 who are interested in the Zionist movement.

The temporary president of the club is C. S. H. Lockeman. Meyer Walpert is vice-president and Dr. M. Alexander Novey. secretary treasurer.
