The demand of the National Minorities Congress that the League of Nations change its procedure with regard to the protection of minorities, re-echoed yesterday during the general debate in the Assembly of the League of Nations.

The Dutch representative, Van Blokland, in speaking on the question stated that the present procedure by which the minorities questions are being submitted for consideration to the Committee of Three is inadequate. He recommended that the Council of the League of Nations create a National Minorities Commission.
