To Organize Sephardic Jews in Latin America

All the existing organizations of Sephardic Jews in Latin America are to be affiliated with the Sephardic World Federation in the course of a tour in Latin America shortly to be made by Rabbi Sabbetai Djaen, Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Bitolj in Jugo-Slavia, it has been announced here.

Rabbi Djaen, who visited Latin America on a similar mission once before, will act as the delegate of the Executive of the Sephardic World Federation of Jerusalem during his propaganda tour. He will organize the various local Sephardic bodies in Latin America under the auspices of the Buenos Aires Committee of the Sephardic World Federation, and then act as intermediary between the Sephardim of Latin America and the Jerusalem Executive of the Federation.
