Hjalamar Procope, Foreign Minister of Finland, was appointed rapporteur for Mandate questions during the coming year. Minister Procope was chairman of the last session of the League of Nations Assembly.
In an interview with the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here, Mr. Procope stated that he has a full understanding of the Zionist idea and sympathizes with the movement. He also mentioned that there is no Jewish question in Finland, where equal rights are accorded all citizens.
