Rosen and Hyman Continue Negotiations with Soviet on Rosenwald Plan

Dr. Joseph Rosen and Joseph C. Hyman arrived here from Berlin where they conferred with Dr. Bernard Kahn, European director of the Joint Distribution Committee, on the details of the agreement with Soviet government for the $10,000,000 Rosenwald fund for further Jewish colonization in Russia.

Dr. Rosen and Mr. Hyman will continue negotiations with Soviet leaders. Several points have not yet been settled, they stated.
