A policy of racial and religious discrimination against those who seek educational opportunities, exemplified by the numerus clausus law, has no place in the Czechoslovakian republic, declared the president of the Czechoslovakian Students Union in an address at the tenth anniversary celebration here.

The spirit of Czechoslovakia demands fair play and fair competion as the only regulator of conditions, declared government member Hozza at the celebration.
