A libel suit against the anti-Semitic deputy in the Prussian Diet, Herr Streicher, was instituted by the Zionist Federation of Germany.
The judicial committee of the Prussian Diet, at the request of the Zionist Federation, voted today to lift the immunity of the deputy in order to permit the proccedings. Streicher some time ago published an article in which be stated that at a “Zionist meeting of German rabbis” German womanhood was insulted.
