The officers of the United Palestine Appeal in Greater New York will be installed at a reception to be given in their honor January 24th at the Hotel Astor. New York Plans for the United Palestine Appeal Campaign in New York will be announced.

The principal speaker will be Paul Knabenshue, Consul General to Palestine. This will be the last public address in America by Mr. Knabenshue before his departure for his post in Palestine.

The officers in whose honor the reception is given and who will attend are Nathan Straus, Judge Otto A. Rosalsky, Hon. Albert Ottinger, Dr. Louis L. Harris. Judge Max S. Levine Judge Mitchell May, Judge Grover M. Moscowitz. Judge Algernon E. Nova.

Under his will field for probate. Foreman Eleisher of Philadelphia, son of Eouis A. Eleisher, treasurer of the Board of County Prison Inspectors leaves his $20,000 estate in trust to his father and for the education of Jewish women.

His will states that the trust fund is to be continued for ten years after his father’s death. At the expiration of that period the income is to be used to provide professional education for Jewish women. He sets forth that arrangements must be made whereby one woman shall receive the benefit of the trust fund each year.
