Heinrich Sliosberg, former Russian Jewish leader, now a resident of Paris, sailed for a visit to the United States. Dr. Sliosberg left aboard the steamer “Ile de France.”
A Jewish community relief council of welfare organizations active in the Borough Park section of Brooklyn has been formed under the leadership of Rabbi Moses J. S. Abels of Temple Emanu-El, Brooklyn, N. Y. It is planned to coordinate relief work and the distribution of funds in that section.
